Each tube should last between 4-6 weeks per person. If you usually brush more than twice a day, you may need to order replacements slightly earlier.

We recommend to discard the toothpaste 12 months after opening.

Hydroxyapatite is a mineral that makes up about 97% of your tooth enamel- the hard, outer layer that protects the delicate components of your tooth. 

Nano-hydroxyapatite is an advanced form of Hydroxyapatite that has been widely studied for its oral care benefits. As it is smaller in size, it is able penetrate the microscopic cracks more effectively to seal your enamel, strengthen your teeth and prevent acid from attacking your nerves. This helps to prevent cavities and relief pain and sensitivity.

When it comes to our toothpastes, we are very careful to ensure that they perform as they should. That is why we only work with Nano-hydroxyapatite suppliers who have proven studies and data that show their product's efficacy, safety and consistent purity.

To date, there have been no reported side effects with the use of Nano-hydroxyapatite toothpastes.

It would also be assuring to know that Nano-hydroxyapatite is biocompatible and non-toxic to the human body, therefore they are safer than many other dental products in the market.

However as everyone’s body is different, we do advice for you to seek medical advice if you experience any signs and symptoms of an allergic reaction.

We love sharing joy and goodness but the amount of Nano-hydroxyapatite used in our toothpastes remains proprietary information.

However, as your oral health is our utmost priority, rest assured that the doses used have been clinically studied and approved to be effective for enamel remineralisation and dental sensitivity relief.

We adopt a ‘Natural where possible, Science where required’ approach.

This means that we replace unnecessary harsh chemicals with safe, natural ingredients wherever appropriate. At the same time, we are also aware that completely natural toothpastes may not always be effective in preventing cavities or protecting our oral health. Therefore, we only use active ingredients that have been scientifically-studied to show that they are effective and safe to do what they are supposed to.

Although both ingredients can be used as surfactants to remove dirt from your teeth and have similar abbreviations, they are NOT the same thing.

Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate is derived from sarcosine, an amino acid that is naturally found in the body. Our Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate originates from coconuts. We love how it has a good reputation for being a gentle foaming agent that cleans thoroughly yet does not cause excessive dryness or irritation. 

On the other hand, we chose to steer clear of Sodium Lauryl Sulfate in all of our toothpastes as it is known to cause dry mouth, irritation and increase the risk of canker sores.

Yes, our toothpastes do not contain animal or animal-derived ingredients. We use vegetable glycerin in our toothpastes.

No, our toothpastes are cruelty-free and only tested on people with teeth.

Our toothpastes are proudly made in Malaysia in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) certified facility. We source for our active ingredients from global suppliers with clinical trials to ensure that they are safe and effective, all for the benefit of your oral health.

Yes, our toothpastes are registered with the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA) which is a part of the Ministry of Health Malaysia.

In simple terms, it means that our toothpastes comply with the requirements stipulated by health authorities. Perfect!

Yes, we ship to Peninsular & East Malaysia with a flat shipping fee.

Free shipping is eligible for orders over RM130 for Peninsular Malaysia and RM200 for East Malaysia.

We work with trusted local courier services such as Citylink, DHL, FedEx, J&T, Poslaju, Ninjavan, SkyNet depending on your delivery area.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number specific to your order.

You may expect your delivery to arrive within 1-3 business days in Peninsular Malaysia and within 3-7 business days in East Malaysia.

For International orders, you may expect your delivery to arrive within 7-14 business days.

Please note that taxes and duties are not included in the final price for orders shipped outside of Malaysia. Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes imposed by the destination country.
